PDRMN Commander
A mid ranked officer, that serve either as the Captain of a Cruiser or on larger ships or installations as senior officers. While they may command a vessel, they are referred to as commander or skipper, not captain. At any time there are 1400 of them, 30 on each dreadnought, around 12 per battleship, 1 per cruiser, and around 300 serving various roles in bases and stations

If commanding a vessel, they are wired into their vessels AI. Otherwise, they are wired into their respective systems, such as engineering or weapons for quick and easy control.
