The Devoted
The Devoted are a mostly secret sect of The Imperial Cult, the sect which acts as the Impirator's secret police.
Structure
The Devoted aren't particularly organized. They exist as members of their local Imperial Cult base until they receive an order from the regional commander, a Vernix. The work in small sects and the only official rank are the Devotes.
Culture
If The Imperial Cult is made up of evangelical believers, the Devoted are downright insane. They believe themselves as nought but vessels for the Impirator's will, and that all who oppose him deserve death. As such, they are at odds with the less xenophobic branches of the Imperial Cult.
Public Agenda
This organization is a badly kept secret, so their public agenda is nonexistant.
Assets
They have all the assets the Impirator wishes to grant them, as besides the Karalik the higher ranking Devotes are the only ones to converse with their lord.

Religion
As previously described, the Devoted are insane with their devotion to the Impirator. They believe that every action they take is in his name, and so is holy. Everything they do is a prayer and declaration of faith. The worst taboo anyone could make is acknowledging anything else as divine.

The Imperial Cult sees the Devoted as a sect, an autonomous sect but a sect nonetheless of themselves, but due to the extremism of the Devoted, they are often at odds with the more liberal Cult members.
Open Borders
Neither particularly care for one another, but there are no hostilities due to the Gold Viper allowing the Devoted free operation, and the Devoted assisting the Cloaked Serpent in some Intelligence operations.
The Siobkun and the Devoted would logically be at war, as the devoted are even more fanatical than their parent organizationt, but due to their role more as the Impirator's secret police rather than religious group, the two ahve a largely neutral relationship.

Due to the secrecy of the Devoted, there is no official relationship between them and any organization of Lati. In practice, however, most Lati know and fear the power of the members of the Devoted, the Impirator's secret police.
