Kellyn's

Kellyn's is a flophouse in the town of Blight's Rest with beds for up to thirty people. The flophouse is staffed by volunteers from the town, and free for use. Kellyn's is run by The funding for the flophouse's upkeep is provided by the Erziehen Republic, something Captain Adam Jefferson, the officer in charge of Elevator 4B, secured.
