Named after a famous Mage Lord Mage Lord Loran earned his rank on the lakeshore here. By saving a group of Aimonval worshippers, who were attacked by Vaertik cultists. On their way to the temple of Mercy's Hold
Geography
Lake Lorendale is where many rivers in the Basin eventually flow to, the lake is fed from rivers coming off both the Stormspire Mountains, and the Snowy Peaks.
History
After Sir Loran was raised to a mage lord, and given control of the Tower of Serenity The priests of Mercy's Hold petitioned the king to name the lake after the Mage Lord.
