Vaertik

Vaertik is a fell goddess, known throughout the land as the deity of Murder, Revenge, and Seduction. She is often depicted as a beautiful and alluring woman, with a dangerous edge that suggests she should not be trifled with. Her followers are often those who have been wronged in some way and seek her help in getting retribution.
Vaertik is also worshiped by assassins and those who use their charm and charisma to manipulate others to get what they want. Her temples are often located in dark, hidden places and are characterized by their shadowy interiors and offerings of blood.
Vaertik is known to grant her followers the ability to become invisible, the power to charm and seduce their enemies, and the strength to carry out their vengeful plans. However, she is not one to be trifled with, as those who anger her or break their oaths to her may find themselves the target of her wrath.
Despite her malevolent reputation, some view Vaertik as a necessary force, serving as a balance against those who would use their power to oppress others. To these individuals, she is seen as a protector of the downtrodden and a bringer of justice to those who have been wronged.
Regardless of one's opinion of her, it is clear that Vaertik is a force to be reckoned with and should not be underestimated.

Artifacts

Shadowblade - the main artifact of Vaertik, this dagger is the dagger depicated in her symbol, and she is almost always wielding the weapon in depictions of her on statues, paintings, etc; a dark, curved dagger that is said to be infused with Vaertik's power. The blade is said to be able to disappear and reappear at will, allowing the wielder to strike from the shadows and escape unnoticed. The hilt of the blade is adorned with black gems and dark leather wrappings.
Night's Embrace - a set of black, form-fitting armor that grants the wearer increased stealth and the ability to move silently. The armor is made from a mysterious, dark metal that is said to be infused with Vaertik's power, and it is said to protect the wearer from harm and deflect any attacks aimed at them.
Charmer's Choker - a delicate necklace made of black stones and gold chains, it is said to enhance the wearer's charisma and allure, allowing them to sway the hearts and minds of those they encounter.
Bloodstone Ring - a simple ring made of a deep red stone, it is said to increase the power of the wearer's spells and give them the ability to control the minds of their enemies.
