Verdanveil
The entire city was veiled in a thick layer of illusion magic. If the Nature Spirits so wanted to, they could have kept themselves hidden for however long they wanted to.

Where the Spirits Live
The Foreverglade is a normally dark and barren forest, filled with dangerous beasts and thick Fog, but as soon as we met up with one of the Nature Spirits, named Gil, we were revealed a passage into a hidden part of the woods. Once past the veil hiding this place, a bright and mystical sight met our eyes.Verdanveil Village
Gil told us, that their illusory barrier is not created, but a byproduct of their leader, Yalrath, The Tree of Life. Their houses were of wood that was unnaturally yet naturally lookingly woven together to form walls and roofs. Bioluminescence was the word that best described the experience. We were so used to dark skies and no sun that this amount of light was almost blinding. The nature spirits live here in harmony, together with wooden golems, statues and animals. The entire look of the town was illusory to my eyes. There was always order in chaos, wrong in right, like a feverdream that I'd forget once I awoke.Customs and More
We saw that trade worked arbitrarily, taking and leaving goods at a local market as one sees fit. There was playing and communing with the animals and nature, friendly conversations with the guardians of the city, Magical Water Fountains and lots of magical agriculture native to only this land, as far as we know. The spirits don't seem to be displeased seeing strangers in their midst, rather intrigued. We concluded this to be the case, since the protective layers around the village would have been standing for millenia, and the inhabitants do not know much about the world outside. It seems they forgot the horrors from beyond their personal Worlds Edge. They had some sort of walking tree guardians throughout the city, conversing friendly with the citizens. I also took the liberty of talking with one during my stay and it can speak at least in the common tongue and elvish. It is very non-confrontational if not directly prompted and is moderately helpful in answering questions about this place. When asked about any outside cities, it answered that it only knows what it ahs seen, and it has never ventured outside the city.
