Ocharr Ranteen
Commander Ocharr Ranteen is the head of the Serpent Guard at the Citadel of the Serpent in Gathansin.
A cold and ambitious man, Ranteen has risen to his position through seduction, blackmail, and murder. Mistress Bantheen is well aware of his ambitions, and of his activities; while they have a good working relationship, she does not trust him.
Commander Ranteen frequently clashes with Bara Balrees, Bantheen's personal astrologer. Ranteen views him as a dangerous obstacle that may soon need to be eliminated if he cannot be brought under control.
