Sarall Bantheen is the current Mistress of Gathansin.
She has ruled Gathansin for over five decades, outlasting rivals, would-be usurpers, and foreign meddlers alike. Her reputation for shrewd diplomacy, unwavering resolve, and judicious use of force has made her a legend in her own lifetime.
She is regarded as one of the most influential figures in the Mar Mabon Townships - a woman who has guided her city through the upheavals and machinations that define this volatile region.
Mistress Bantheen appears to be ancient, but she is a formidable figure: sharp of mind and commanding of presence despite her advancing years. However, she has increasingly come to rely on the words of her personal astrologer, the half-crazed Bara Balrees. She enjoys the regular clashes between Balrees and the ambitious Commander Ranteen.
