Malgin Balrees

Bara Malgin Balrees is an astrologer and advisor to Mistress Bantheen, ruler of the city of Gathansin.
Balrees has a reputation for his agitated manner and crazed demeanour, leading some to suppose him a madman. On the contrary, Balrees is a sane and savvy political operator, and Mistress Bantheen places a great store by his words. She recently bestowed on him the noble title of Bara.
Balrees frequently clashes with Commander Ranteen of the Serpent Guard. Ranteen views him as a dangerous obstacle that may soon need to be eliminated if he cannot be brought under control.
