The young Flandris III, King of Remon was killed during the Battle of Hapros in 1669. His body, interred in a grand tomb in the city, was buried along with his fabled magical breastplate.

The Targe of the Sun

The Targe of the Sun is a shield that provides protection from Channeling attacks such as flame or shocks.
The shield was crafted for Pypar Ressmin, one of the heroes of Forbin who led the successful invasion of Daros, in the 18th century.
Ressmin was killed in fighting in tunnels beneath the town of Callasson (later called Five Swords) and the shield was lost.

The Nythran Shield

The Nythran Shield was crafted by the Dharo of Nythralla long ago and is made of White Beech wood from the Nythran Forest.
The shield is imbued with magic to hold a great resilience against physical blows. It can even heal itself over time against damage sustained in battle.
