Mysterious Moving Forest of Antea

"Every year, they show all mysteriously. One day the fields are all clear.  The next, they are filled with trees. At least they show up after we have taken in all the crops. I don't know what we would do if they showed up before the harvest."
— Local Farmer

Geography

For the three coldest months of the year, the Mysterious Forest shows up on the eastern edge of the Kingdom of Antea. One day, there is a great plain, with farms and fields, and the next day, those farms are surrounded and fields are filled with trees of all kinds.

Ecosystem

Each type of tree groups together in their own forest. They shed their leaves and excessive limbs over the first couple of weeks after they show up as proper for their type. Then they reach deep in the fields and enrich the soil with their roots and byproduct of their magic. Some say that they seem to breathe life back into the land.

"We have to warn the young folk each year to leave the trees alone. Inevitably, one group will try to mess with them, and one dumb one will end up with a broken bone or a concussion."
— Local Townsperson

History

The Mysterious Moving Forest of Antea came to be when the Ambrosis sister because successful with the Bidadari Potion of Draconic Rebirth in 101,788.   The Ambrosis sister were given a boon from their God, Terea while working on the Bidadari Potion of Draconic Rebirth. As Dryads, they were never supposed to leave their trees, but Terea allowed them to internalize their trees for 3/4 of the year. For the other 1/4 of the year, they needed to return to their ancestral home, and plant their tree.  For that 1/4 of the year, they became the tree instead of the tree becoming them.      When they were successful in 101,788 with the potion, Terea, the God of the Bidadari, grant this boon to all the Dryads of Mytilias.  This led to the Eastern Forest of Antea to disappear as it was a dryad forest. Now, when they come back at the start of the winter months, the dryads plant their trees around the existing structures. When winter is over and their 1/4 of the year is done, they disappear again and go back to their lives as men, women, and others.   Since no one knows of this boon, and the dryads don't speak of it, the people of Eastern Antea have no idea where these trees come from at the beginning of winter and where they go at the end of winter.
