Grent Royal Glassworks
Grent Royal Glassworks is the largest glassworks in the Duchy of Grent. Master Kastora oversees the glassworks with his protégé Thessa Foleer.
STORY
Thessa Foleer has worked at the Grent Royal Glassworks for ten years, having arrived as an apprentice from Ossa just a year before her family is killed at Holikan. Master Kastora takes her under his wing and trains her to become a master-level siliceer. She oversees the other apprentices at the glassworks.
Just after Master Kastora shows Thessa his design for a phoenix channel, the Ossan army attacks the Grent Royal Glassworks. Master Kastora and Thessa work to evacuate the place, but several people are captured and killed. Most of the glassworks is eventually burned to the ground. Demir Grappo and Idrian Sepulki go to the ruined remains of the complex only to find one dormitory standing and Master Kastora dying from a bayonet wound. Idrian used to go to the glassworks regularly to have his godglass eye worked on by Master Kastora and Thessa. However, with Master Kastora's death, he no longer has a master siliceer to maintain his eye.
