Ossan Empire

The Ossan Empire is a large geopolitical domain that spans many countries and is ruled by the merchant class organized into guild-families. Their main body of government is the Assembly, led by the Inner Assembly. It has millions of citizens spread across its many countries, resulting in a rich and culturally diverse empire. However, there have been some rebellions within the Ossan Empire, including the uprisings in Holikan.
