Glissandi Magna
Glissandi Magna is a prominent member of the Magna guild-family, though only a cousin and not an actual daughter of the main branch. She has a reputation for being fiercely independent, very rich, well-connected, and stubborn, with no scandalous stories, suggesting she takes great care in covering up her business. She is middle-aged with short hair, and she is constantly accompanied by two Purnian body guards.
STORY
While questioning Churian Dorlani, Kissandra Vorcien learns that Glissandi Magna was another of Adriana Grappo's killers. When Kizzie asks Veterixi Jorn about Glissandi at the High Vorcien Club, Veterixi says that Glissandi is too stubborn to be reasoned with and cannot be talked to privately because of her bodyguards. Veterixi also mentions Glissandi's impeccable reputation, which gives Kizzie the idea to blackmail her. She writes a note telling Glissandi to go to the Palmora Pub or else her name will be in the papers for killing Adriana.
Glissandi goes to the Palmora Pub with a large purse of money, hoping to bribe her blackmailer into silence. However, when she discovers that Kizzie wants information, she signals her bodyguards to attack. Kizzie kills the guards and runs after Glissandi. Two sailors coming out of the pub see them, and Kizzie lies, saying Glissandi stole her bad. When Kizzie catches her, she forces Glissandi to wear a piece of shackleglass. Glissandi sees that the Tall Man is following them, so she bites off her own tongue rather than allow herself to confess under the influence of shackleglass. Kizzie steals Glissandi's purse, pocketbook, and godglass, hoping to make the death look like a robbery.
