The current CEO of Magol Industries, Andre Spritz has lead a long and exiting life, with stories he tells his great grand children. Spending over 40 years in military service, then 20 in the production field. Andre has become one of the most well known CEOs of Magol.
Over the six years that they were together, Elsie realized she wanted a family, and that she had been missing out on a large part of her life. Andre and Elsie planned to return to Heimatwelt, where Elsie would retire, the two would get married, and Andre would return to battle, alas, that would not be the fate of their romance. Elsie was called up to defend the Monster Portal on her birthday. That was the last time Andre and Elsie were togther, as she was killed during a massive wave. Heartbroken, Andre fell into a deep downward spiral. He didnt have another relationship for three years, until he returned home and married his high school sweetheart.
Andre still has Elsie's violin in his office, and his wife understands the pain that it caused him. Their relationship is no worse because of it.
Relationships
When a young Andre, just having joined the Heimatwelter Abteilung Heimverteidigung , met the older 39 year old Elsie 'Fiddler' Washington. Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Once a broad, strong young man, Andre has gotten much older, although he still stands straight, testament to hours spent at attention. He shakes ever so slightly when he's stressed, although, when he's under pressure, the soldier, confident and sure, comes out, resulting in a spry 81 year old.
Body Features
With his right leg missing just below the hip, he is a little slower than the average male, although, thanks to relations with the Commonwealth, he was given a prototype leg to test drive, bringing him almost back to full capacity. Andre boasts a large assortment of scars from his front line days.
Facial Features
With grey stubble growing, and the wicked scars from his near fatal injury, Andre looks like a grumpy old man, though, for those on his good side, that isnt the case.
Identifying Characteristics
Andre can be heard walking down the halls of the offices of Magol, his leg servos whirring and the thunk of his cane.
Apparel & Accessories
Commonly wearing a suit and tie, Andre rarely puts on relaxed clothes. His old military uniforms, (including the one he was wounded in) sit hung up in his closet, along with his formal uniform, reminding him of the glory days.
Specialized Equipment
Andre's ever present cane hides a defense; A rapier sword that, if need be, Andre can pull for a quick defense.

Personal history
Born the son of two rich parents, a young Andre was educated in one of the best schools in Alles Als Eins Heimatwelt, the young man was drafted accidentally into the Abteilung Heimverteidigung infantry at the age of 20, where his superiors realized he had quite a knack for destruction, they recommended him for the Weltuntergänger corps. Andre quickly rose the ranks to become a Spezialoperationen Feldwebel (Spec Ops Sergeant). Leading a platoon of Weltuntergänger. Quickly earning the respect of his men, his superiors, and the then Kern Des Hauses. During a pivotal battle, Andre was wounded early on, but ignored any medics, leading his platoon to victory. Afterwards he was rushed to the medics station, where his right leg was severed, forcing him to take a back seat to the war. Though to offset the annoyance he felt at being reduced to a simple paper pusher, command saw fit to promote him to Generalfeldwebel at only 29. He returned home at the end of the war a year later, marrying his old sweetheart, and having kids. Staying in the military for another 30 years after he retired at the age of 60. (The mandatory retirement age). His father, who had passed away the year before, gave control of the Magol Company to his only son, and his family. During the 21 years of his leadership, Magol has prospered, as Andre knew what the military needed and wanted from his years of service.
Education
Given a high education from a very young age, Andre was slated to become a high ranking Magol leader early on in his life, but the war changed that, driving him into a more violent trade. He started off his military education as a Spezialist für hochexplosive Kampfmittel (Specialist in High Explosive Ordinance). Becoming a master at placing the minimal amount of explosive for the maximum damage. Once he was transferred to Weltuntergänger corps he was taught leadership, tactics, stealth, and more explosives' training. Even some training with the obsolete mechs of the time.
Once the war was over he went to Neue Erwachsenenschule for business training, and worked with some engineers from Infrastrukturführerkorps, he started planning new mechs long before he became the CEO of Magol
Employment
With 40 years of military service, ranging from being a Rekrutieren, to a Vorwärtssoldat, from a Kader Feldwebel to a Spezialoperationen Feldwebel. Finally ending as a Generalfeldwebel. Then spending 21 years as a CEO of a huge corperation, Andre has seen nearly all walks of life.

Failures & Embarrassments
Loss of Tsunami-Kampfgruppe during the Siege of Eastle. Andre gave a bad order, not realizing that an flank ambush was awaiting his men, resulting in nearly 600 KIA, and 50 MIA/POW's.
Mental Trauma
PB (Posttraumatische Belastungsstörung, or, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) from frontline combat, injuries, and loss of friends.
Morality & Philosophy
While during the war, many saw Andre as a cold hearted Sergeant, those who served under him knew the truth. The cold blooded leader was quickly replaced by a relaxed, fun young man, who would go out drinking with his soldiers on their down time. Andre's morality went off on its own, keeping many of the values of the Göttin der Moral, but sometimes putting in his own ideals.

Andre has a heavy drinking habit, although, for some reason, he never gets drunk. Multiple times have people made bets against the seemingly innocent old man, to get drunk under the table.

While immaculacy groomed, Andre tries to come off as a rugged old guy, although, occasionally his wife can get him cleaned up for more formal events.

I like this article even more. I think it's nice how a whole course of life is shown, which definitely had a few twists and turns here. However, I would recommend calling the first stage, recruit, not Rekrutieren, but Rekrut. Rekrutieren is the verb. But it's really remarkable how well you manage the German terms. Much better than usual. My compliments.
