Balra is the western county (jú) of Vakúlstó, the eastern quarter (stó) of the empire of Dalra. It's bordered by Javtala to the northwest, Kelaxara to the southwest, Ohúlsa to the south, Merema to the east, Tirkþa to the northeast and Valakþala to the north.
Balra's main settlement is the city of Abarúnaxa in the Zamra Mountains foothills, and its current representative (hajat) is Meptes.
The county's home to a number of different ethnic groups of various origins, the most notable ones being Ebþúkans, and is an important source of apricots and other fruits along with gold.
