Ajok

Afnat: Ajok /aːjɔːkh/

The Ajok River1 is the longest river in Þonnanó in southwestern Emlas and southern part of the continent in general, as well as the largest river by discharge volume of water in all of Gætíus' World. It originates in the Narannax Mountains northeast of Þonnanó, whence it flows mostly to the southwest and finally empties into the Galafam Sea.

Geography

A number of settlements are located by the river, including the city of Údranajó, capital of the Þonnani kingdom of So-najó-fnetap, a major power in the region.

Fauna & Flora

The river is home to wildlife of all sorts, including giant otters, manatees, freshwater dolphins, caimans, giant turtles, pythons, arapaima, piranhas and catfish.
