A timeline designed just for Galledall, going over both significant and insignificant events.
Before Galledall was split into two large landmasses, it was once one large landmass known as Azuren. Like most places on the Material Plane during this time, it was ruled by the aboleths, who even now are said to remain in the depths of the seas and underwater caverns of the land. Almost nothing else is known of the land during this time.
At some point the universe split off into the different planes of existence.
The first Aboleths arrive on the Material Plane
The Manos Stones were written some point during this time, marking some of the only known records from that time.
Near the beginning of this age, Galledall would become home to one of the first humanoid races, elves. After arriving, the elves quickly carved out a large empire that spanned the entirety of the land of Azuren, mixing with several other mortals at the time. The elven gods had little interest in feuding with the others, so the elves were left to peacefully expand and develop. They adopted the use and study of magic, integrating it with their ways of life. Unfortunately, Azuren was split in two near the end of the age when Tharizdun arrived. The gods tried in vain to cast out Tharizdun, but instead much of the continent was destroyed, forever separating the two landmasses of Vadovass and Secaré, at least according to elven legend.
The original elves established their civilization sometime during this period. It would span all the way across the continent of Azuren.
Tharizdun arrives on the material plane, destroying part of the plane and forcing the gods to retreat to the outer planes. Though they attempt to cast him out back into the Far Realms, they are unsuccessful, instead trapping him in a demiplane.
At the beginning of the age of mortals, giants moved onto the landmass of Vadovass, bringing with them their dwarven, firbolg, goliath, and human servants. They quickly destroyed what remained of the elven civilization on Vadovass. Meanwhile, the dragons took over Secaré, bringing with them the dragonborn. For many years after, the two races would fight, using their servants as soldiers and turning Galledall into a war zone. Eventually, after peace was reached, the many dragons and giants split up, each going their separate ways, leaving the humanoid races where they were. For the next eight centuries, humanoids would begin building their own kingdoms. The elves reformed their empire, creating what is known today as the Ancient Elven Dominion. The elves began moving westward, with the goal of retaking the land they had lost and freeing other elves who had been under the oppressive rule of humans, dwarves, and others. This made them many enemies that would remember their misdeeds for thousands of years to come. Despite their attempts, the elves never made it west of the Archaism mountains that split Vadovass in half.
The giants of the Material Plane make Landfall on Vadovass, in the region of Lansdrinnin.
Dragons begin to arrive from the east and begin taking Secaré for themselves.

The Grand Ordning in Vadovas is officially disbanded. The giant's great empire falls, and giants factionalize depending on their agendas and race.

The Clans who successfully rebelled from Khallador officially unite into the Federation of the Dwarven Lords
Nelkar Ockenlost EmberStone vanishes, and is never heard from again.
The Dwarves of Khallador and the Elves of the Ancient Elven Dominion begin warring with one another, in what would become known as the first Archaism War.
The city of Tilliden is constructed.
Tharizdun reaches out into the Material Plane and attempts to free himself, but fails. However, the spellweave and the very fabric of reality are torn. Magic is nearly lost, and the gods retreat exclusively to the Outer Planes where they are no longer in harm's way. Until Tharizdun becomes too weak to fight back, that is where they shall remain.
The First Cataclysm erased most records of history before this, but was not enough to destroy civilization. While the elves were stopped from continuing their expansion, they held their ground for another thousand years before the second forced them to retreat. After the first but before the second, dragonborn from the continent of Uth sailed to western Galledall, establishing their home there, along with the orcs who sought a new home that now inhabit much of Galledall. The nations that make up Galledall today were formed during this era the oldest of which is the Hadaran Empire.
