Dynastes
Dynastes is the heart of the Manastrife Union and a land where magic is the true ruler. This magocratic empire is home to the Dark Aelves who hold the power and govern the land with a firm hand. The capital city of Ourellia, built upon ancient ruins dating back to the time of the Eildear, is a bustling metropolis with high walls and soaring towers that dominate the skyline.
The city is a maze of narrow alleys and winding courtyards, filled with markets and bazaars where merchants sell everything from rare magical artifacts to exotic spices and silks. The Palace of the High Priestess stands at the heart of the city, a grand structure shrouded in mystery and power, where Esabelle, the High Priestess, governs with an iron fist. Only the most trusted and loyal of the Union are allowed inside its walls.
Beyond the city walls, the countryside is dotted with small farming villages and fortified towns, each with its own unique character and culture. Magic is deeply woven into the fabric of life in Dynastes, from the fields to the forges, from the taverns to the temples. The people of Dynastes are deeply spiritual, and magic is revered as a force of nature to be worshipped and respected.
The stunning beauty of Dynastes is reflected in its diverse landscapes, from rolling hills to towering mountains, from serene cherry blossom gardens to bustling urban centers. However, life in Dynastes is not equal. The hollowbones, a small birdfolk race, are enslaved and put to work in labor camps on the outskirts of the city, while in the Courtyard, slaves and warriors battle it out in a brutal gladiatorial arena, their lives hanging in the balance with every swing of the sword or flick of the wand.
Dynastes remains a hub of magical research and experimentation, open to all types of magic, including the darker arts of necromancy and blood magic. Mages from all over the world flock to Dynastes to study and practice their craft, knowing that they will find few other places in the world where magic is so celebrated and respected.

This island has been riddled with dark wizards and slave trading. In the capitol city there is a place known as the Courtyard where slaves and warriors alike battle it out in a gladiatorial arena.
Castle is where the High Priestess, Esabelle, lives.
Kronimane is the richest black sun elf. He is a notable necromanacer.
Fighting ring is infamous where Gurard organizes fights.
Black sun elves find their way of life normal but other races think them as monsters.
