Smugglers of magic 8: Blood of a witchhunter

General Summary

this session picks up on the 8th of bryt, 5 days after the previous session for the week work has been happening but the trafficked people that can't pay the extra fee can't be sold because the party lost access to the black market of The Stolen. So Orlon put the party up to the task to find a solution. The party argues for a bit and decides they will try to ask help from the Fishmongers as a solution.
First the party talks to Rodrigo. They find out that members of The Leviathan have arrived, a group of ships called the silver they talk with the captain Vera, a half elf with a huge hat they learn that the fleet is probably willing to buy from the party. in a couple days a ship from the fleet that is far larger should arrive, helmed by captain Daine, the party can then make arrangements for selling to them. After that the party also talks to the fishmongers for more options, though the fishmongers say they could arrange something the party decides that trying to set deals with the leviathan is probably the best.
after this nothing happens for a bit. on the evening of the 9th of Bryt however a bunch of witchhunters gather close to the smuggling operation. Luckily however the security does notice it and the party has time to prepare. First Matsrur went up to the gathered witchhunters in the street posing as a civilian, he got some information after decieving them, learning they were mainly searching for Orlon, Flynran and Rhiannon, but that they in general would commit a large scale search too.
When the enemies finaly went to the hideout Jade attacked them right as they were about to find the captured traficked people. That set of a chain of the party fighting this large groups of witchhunters. The party managed to kill most of the witchhunters with the only ones that they didn't they managed to capture through a clever sleep spell from Flynran After the fighting was done the party took the bodies and made plans to place them elsewhere to possible frame somebody for the murders, Fien even found a list of suspects the witchhunters had with them for the search. This attack wasn't only on the parties orginization as screams and commotions could be heard all across the city. Orlon hopes that the chaos caused by these attacks at least buys some time before the witchhunters set their sights on the smugglers again, since they hopefully would be busy with other escaped targets instead.
After the session 4 weeks took place of downtime (a week in this world is 5 days).
during this downtime the group did also negotiate a deal with the captain of the leviathan fleet additionaly during the downtime, the 2 family members of Rhiannon arrived as well. Lyxsas the grandfather of Rhiannon was attacked by witchhunters at the gate and got antimagic steel stuck in him, though the piece was removed, it would mess with his magic for the upcoming future. Lyxsas would help jade train from now on. The other family member that arrived was Ezaeur the uncle of Rhiannon.
The downtime also gave a opportunity, the Stolen were hit hard during the witchhunters attacks all over the city and because of that were in disarray. During the stolen's disarray Orlon quickly swooped in and bought up a building in witchhunterr territories, the building was a pub untill the witchhunters crashed it completely during the attacks, Orlon ordered to party to handle rebuilding it and eventually re-opening it.
