Lyrica

Also called the Lyric Fields, Lyrica is the northernmost state of Gaia, dominated chiefly by the City of Light, ruled over by Jovannan the Wise from his seat in the Firmament Building. Offiically, Lyrica stretches south all the way to Neruseru, but Vesper has a famously hands-off approach to its vassals, rarely taking any direct hand in their governance. Most of Lyrica is treated with the same disregard as the rest of "the Wilds."
