Tsui Ullimon

Also called the Pillar of Life, Tsui Ullimon is the capital of Tsui Shoa, ruled over by Nephrisar the Great.
Built from a mass of mysteriously sustained floating fountains, Tsui Ullimon is a tower of water ever-flowing, supporting hanging gardens suspended thousands of feet in the air. Seen from the edges of the Sea of Hope, it appears like a huge, blue, crystalline tower. At its apex is the Diamond Chair, from which Nephrisar reigns.
