Bayanard Jov

A Synthetic of the Second Generation, Bayanard is the current State Secretary of Vesper. With rumors of dementia surrounding Mayor Wilhelmina Madrigal for years now, many credit Bayanard Jov with the day-to-day running of the City of Light. BOOK 1 - Prospertine & the City of Light
Bayanard appears briefly in Book 1, riding in a state aerostatic with Jovannan and Richard Lovett. He gives Prospertine some of his business cards, effectively granting her soft power in pursuit of her hunt for the Black Cats terrorist group. BOOK 2 - Prospertine: Equinox

Bayanard appears in "Mutual Accord," consulting with Furion Nabudis in Argosy. He opposes and threatens Prospertine and her attempts to make peace, but she eventually prevails against him by playing on his emotions.
