Design Output is a measure of the balanced energy output level of a Synthetic's Lyne tattoos. Higher Output levels have some association with a Syns combat capabilities, despite the fact that few Syn's use their Lynes in a combat setting, and that even the lowest levels of Lyne weapons are still deadly.
