Aerostatic

Brainchild of Jovannan the Wise, aerostatics are blimp-borne air-travel vehicles that allow for the carrying of passengers and cargo over the towering structures of Vesper. Currently, there are twelve in existence, with a rumored six more being under construction. Twice per year, four of the extent aerostatics are leased out by various companies to ship products to the Sea of Hope and Crystal Kingdom, though most commerce is still managed by coastal seacraft.
Despite being Jovannan's invention, all extent aerostatics are property of the state, and carry several tons of military ordinance for deterrent application. Seven of these are the modern F43 Gryffin Aerostatic model; three are the old Y86 Naberion Aerostatic model, and two are the advanced A66 Arion Aerostatic.
