Counselor Markus Maxus
Counselor Markus Maxus controls heating and air quality which is regulated from the lowest reaches of New Thostenburg on Level 12. Counselor Maxus is a cleric of LLontel and works with other clerics (two of Sola and one of Lena) to clean and freshen the air. He heads the engineering and labor teams who regulate heating to all the levels.

Identifying Characteristics
Few see Markus's tattoos, the first of which is a line of seven small stars between two larger stars on his back, symbolizing Llontel, Kelara, and their children. The second and third are a pair of mirrored rampant dragons on the back of his thighs.
