Counselor Dusten Raddings
Counselor Dusten Raddings is the Head of the The Council of New Thostenburg and the Head of the affluent Raddings family. He resides with Ellinor Raddings, two daughters and his youngest son on subterranean Level 1 of New Thostenburg, the highest level under the blasted remains of Thostenburg on the surface of Frigranden. The head counselor is a firm leader who never misses an opportunity to use his swing vote.
