Common Taboos
Necromancy
Necromancy is a very touchy subject. The easiest way to cause an argument with a vren is to discuss necromancy. After the Necromantic War, the school of necromancy has always been looked down upon as Vrexic society believes that it's filled with dark magic and cruelty to those involved.
Husks
It's easy for a vren with little social skill to be stigmatized in society. Curiosity is something that can be a drug to them where their constant analysis drives them into being more mechanical than organic in their personality. These types of vren who often daydream their hypotheses and make decisions out of optimizing than enjoyment are called husks.
Husk is more of an insult in Vrexic society. Though, these types can be cunning and calculating but their personality is void and predictable.
