Wade McGrath lives his life in the shadow of Ash Raleigh (Quasarblaze), and appears to like it there. How the two became acquainted is unknown, but Wade seems to be joined at Ash's hip, happily serving as his yes-man and muscle. Much like Ash, he seems to enjoy bullying other students, using his superior size and strength to intimidate them.

Why Wade chose to become Triggerhappy is unclear, but he seems to enjoy the action, and it's likely that he's continuing to tag along as Ash's muscle.

Triggerhappy has a number of pieces of high-tech weapons and equipment, none of which seem affordable by a high school student. It's likely that Blaze either made or otherwise acquired the equipment though whatever process he used to acquire his own powered armor.

Morality & Philosophy

Wade is kind of a clueless lug, but his behavior seems to change depending if Ash is around, since Ash's presence seems to bring out Wade's worst qualities. He's sexist and childish, even engaging in cruel bullying behavior. He's quick to jump to Ash's defense, and appears to willingly follow Ash without question.

However, as Triggerhappy, Wade is also funny, supportive of his teammates, and even protective of Bhramari. Given that Wade is still a teenager, it's possible that he might grow out of some of these bad behaviors. But he'd likely need a better role model than Ash, who remains a bad influence.
