Candy Scrapper is an alter ego that was programmed into the Morphex Crystal by Harridan to allow the warrior woman to transform and enter The Sanctuary undetected. It is unclear whether the young heroine's name and appearance is based on an actual heroine, or just a fictitious identity that Harridan and/or Demetria created for Harridan to use. However, since neither woman knew magic to "program" the crystal, and Harridan was unlikely to willingly choose such a disguise, something more may be going on.
Prodigy would later use the crystal to transform himself into Candy Scrapper to infiltrate the Sanctuary.
Some months later, Enchantrix used the crystal to transform Caleb Shapiro into Candy Scrapper. She then used her magic to change his clothes into civilian wear, although it is unclear if she did so herself, or somehow "reprogrammed" the crystal to make the change. However, she soon magically reprogrammed the crystal somehow to change the transformation, turning Caleb into Hissyfit, who resembles Candy Scrapper but with black hair and a different costume.

Wears a skimpy bubblegum pink leather costume with baby blue highlights with tight short shorts and a bustier top and thigh-high boots with platform heels. She's short and cute and looks more like a skanky teen girl who was all set to go to a rave rather than an actual heroine to be taken seriously.

She talks in a cute and bubbly voice with a perky high-pitched chirp. Interestingly, however, when Prodigy infiltrated the Sanctuary, he did nothing to curtail his normally acerbic attitude, which nobody saw as unusual. It's unclear if that was simply because the prior person to wear the disguise was the similarly ill-tempered Harridan, or if Candy Scrapper is a genuine heroine who has that same type of personality.
