Spell Scripter

Are you filthy rich? Do you want to Cast Spells without being a Spellcaster? Do you REALLY not want to be an Alchemist or Artificer? If the answer to ALL those questions is yes, then choosing Spell Scripter is a good idea, otherwise it's just absurdly expensive.
Spell Scripters use a Frag (worth roughly $200) to cast a single spell. Once they have used that Frag to cast a spell, they may no longer use it to do so, but it still may be used by others or as a component in a Potion or Artificer made device.
This class is VERY explicitly designed to be combined with other classes, and while it is expensive to operate, it doesn't use PP to Cast Spells, so it isn't a bad dip for spellcasters and other heavy PP usage classes.
