Requirements- Focused Skill (Guild Magic or Alteration Magic, and Enchanting), or Spirit Shunned feat
Can “write” Spells onto Frags (Khamidhama), provided you have the requisite skills to cast it. Can be used with Combine Spell feat. Costs no PP to cast a spell made this way (but it takes the same duration).
You can add metamagic to these spells, but it must be done when created. To craft a scroll onto a Frag, make a DC 10+Spell CL Requirement Enchanting check (adding +1 for each additional "hypothetical" PP spent for metamagic). One a Character has used a Frag to Cast Spells, they may not use that Frag to do so again (though others may do so).
To cast the spell use your Enchanting skill.
