Quick Cast

Requirements- Focused Skill (Guild Magic, Alteration Magic, and Summon Magic) or CL 3
May cast a spell one action faster (ex: 10 minutes to 1 minute, 1 minutes to 2 rounds,2 rounds to full round action, full round action to 2 actions, 2 actions to an action, action to free). Costs an additional PP, does not allow the casting of multiple spells per round (w/o additional feats).
