Structure
The Keystone Enclave are the final remnants of the Enclave that fled from Ravenrock and Adam's Airforce Base following its destruction at the hands of the Brotherhood of Steel from the Captial Wasteland. The Enclave is currently led by President Augustus Autumn and his Vice President Jerome Eisenhower, these two work closely with a team of institute scientists and managers who act as their cabinet. Below the president and his cabinet, the military forces of the Enclave are fashioned almost identically to the pre-war United States Armed Forces, with all three branches remaining mostly intact. The Keystone Detachment of the Enclave was able to salvage and rebuild the remnants of the "Black Lions" (1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment), an elite task force of airborne infantry with a compliment of a howitzer artillery battery. The Black Lions stand as the greatest company within the Enclave's history and a fighting force that could potentially dwarf the Brotherhood of Steel.
Culture
Under the guidance of President Autumn, the remaining Enclave forces are understanding order to recover any pre-war technology that they can find and bring it back to The Forge. Additionally, they are to eradicate any brotherhood forces that they encounter within the KOP Wasteland and reclaim any military bases that they may have taken up residency within. President Autumn's belief in introducing the Enclave to the Wasteland as saviors has made the Enclave's forces much more public and allowed them to make trade ties with several settlements across the KOP Wasteland, acting in much the same capacity as the Keystone Brotherhood of Steel.
Public Agenda
Autumns Enclave believe that they are the saviors of humanity and the only ones capable of establishing a true "civilized world". However, along with their institute compatriots the Enclave have adopted a largely anti-ghoul and anti-super mutant philosophy seeing both as only a means for experimentation and the advancement of potential super solider programs.
Assets
Being the survivors of the Great War and the centuries following it, the Enclave has access to pre-war records which catalog and identity countless caches of pre-war technology and weapons, granting them access to some of the best technological advancements seen within the wastelands. In addition to this, Autumn's partnership with the remnants of the Commonwealth's Institute has allowed his Enclave to make tremendous strides in all manner of technology, even improving on the pre-war capabilities of the Enclave. To date Autumn's Enclave are clad in advanced sets of X-01 Power Armor giving them an edge against the other factions within the wasteland, their partnership with the Institute also gives them access to Synth technology.
The Black Lions artillery detachment has a compliment of 25 105mm Howitzer artillery guns, which it employs to shell heavily fortified enemy positions. With these guns comes a supply company in charge of stocking, maintaining and moving these pieces to wherever the Enclave needs them, to do this the Enclave has a small airborne division of Verti-brids that are used to move both personnel and weapons across the wasteland.
The secret service of the Enclave has access to more advanced weapons and armor making them hyper lethal in combat and able to carry out delicate missions on behalf of the Enclave, such as assassinations and destroying high priority targets. To accomplish these goals the secret service is equipped with 3 Verti-birds that have increased stealth capabilities and can jam radio signals, allowing the secret service to operate in a radio blackout zone.
In addition to the secret service are the Sigma Squads, asset denial squads of power armor wearing soldiers who wield plasma weapons and are commanded by a sergeant in Hellfire Power Armor with a heavy flamer as their primary weapon. Thes squads are often kept in reserve for when a situation is considered to be a full asset denial and the only course of action remaining it to deprive the enemy of Enclave assets.
Autumn's Enclave have several forts positioned all across the KOP Wasteland, these forts act as Forward Operating Bases (FOB) for the Enclave's war against the Keystone Chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel.
History
The president was sent up to the Keystone Wasteland in 2268, when he was a battalion commander for one of the Enclave's expeditionary forces. After the Enclave was rooted out of the Capital Wasteland in 2277, he proclaimed himself the President of the Enclave. For the past 9 years the Enclave have managed to recover much of the bunkers and bases that were scattered across the Keystone Wasteland, especially within The Forge and the KOP Wasteland. The enclave has even managed to acquire some pre-war prototype weapons and as retained much of their original strength before the events at the Capital Wasteland, being reinforced by remnants who escaped the fighting during 2277.
Brigadier General Jerome Eisenhower was dispatched as the commanding field officer of the Expeditionary Armed Forces in 2268. He left the Captial Wasteland with a small contingent of soldiers and secret servicemen. He was sent to the Keystone Commonwealth by Colonel Augustus Autumn as a contingency plan in case the late President Eden led the Enclave into destruction with its plan of total human genocide. After the destruction of Ravenrock and Adam's Airforce Base in 2277, a Sigma Squad discreetly relocated Colonel Autumn to the covert bunker under Valley Forge Park. Here it was discovered that some of the pre-war records were lost or deleted from the Enclave's data based during the Great War. Colonel Autumn and General Eisenhower uncovered a secret Enclave cryogenics facility within a Vault built into the base of the bunker. For the next ten years Autumns and his Enclave began the work of recovering and resettling the many hidden Enclave bunkers and military installations scattered across the KOP Wasteland. In 2283 Autumn's, Enclave was bolstered further by the arrival of remnants of the Appalachian Enclave from Virginia, these added forces and resources allowed Autumn and his Enclave scientists to restart scientific research that was once seen as fruitless by the previous Enclave leadership.
In 2287 remnants of the Commonwealth Institute were discovered by Enclave scouts, Autumn sent out Secret Servicemen to go out and gather as many of these scientists as they could and bring them back to the President's Bunker in The Forge. As of 2288 work as begun on a cloning initiative within Autumn's Enclave along with several other secret projects labeled Project Horrigan, Dreadnought, and Long Claw.

The primary bunker and operating base for the Keystone Enclave is located deep below the Memorial Arch in the Crucible, a highly irradiated and war-torn section of The Forge. The Black Lion's artillery battery is located within Fort Buck, a fortress built by the Enclave within the village of Bucktown just off of route 100. This vantage point allows the artillery pieces to lay down covering fire and shelling runs as far west as Reading, as far norther as Hereford, and as far south as Haverford within the Nova Wasteland. The Enclave's forces are at war with the Brotherhood of Steel's Keystone Chapter and are currently pushing them back past the 422, each brotherhood fortress taken by the Enclave adds another fortress to the growing network of fortresses and bunkers that patchwork across the French Creek State Forest.
