Physical Description
General Physical Condition
President Autumn is a hardy man, and despite his advancing age still looks the part of a fearsome and dangerous commander to his men. The techonogolies acquired by the institute have also helped in this endeavor and allowed the President to remain in his peak for as long as he requires. However, due to the festering of his wounds and the effects of the radiation within Project Purity have bound him to the use of a cane in order to support himself during times of high stress or pain.
Facial Features
Autumn's face is covered by a thick grey beard, though his hair remains as it has for the past 17 years, combed to the side as it is kept high and tight. On the right side of his head is a massive scar that runs across his skull, this is a wound he incurred after the events that took place at the Jefferson Memorial where he took a round to the head from the brotherhood knight.

Personal history
President Autumn was born and raised on the Oil Rig; an Enclave installation set just off the coast of New California. He was the son of a high-ranking scientist within the Enclave and as such was posted within the Enclave mainland. He escaped the destruction of the Oil Rig in 2242 and made his way to Ravenrock, a secret Enclave base within the Capital Wasteland. Under then President Eden, Autumn was given the rank of Colonel and given command over Enclave soldiers and scientists, succeeding his father after his passing. During the events of Project Purity in 2277, Colonel Autumn alongside President Eden led the Enclave against the Brotherhood of Steel forces in an attempt to take control of the Capital Wasteland. In the end both President Eden and Colonel Autumn were defeated by the Brotherhood of Steel who were aided by an exceptional individual named the Lone Wanderer.
The Lone Wanderer and Paladin Sarah Lyons allowed Colonel Autumn to exit the Jefferson Memorial, where brotherhood forces were waiting for him. Colonel Autumn took several rounds of fire to the chest and torso and one round to the head. Luckily, a Sigma Squad was not far away and heard the gunfire, rushing to the aid of Colonel Autumn they were able to transport him to one of the few remaining Enclave medical stations within the capital wasteland. Here they were able to repair some of the damage done to the Colonel's body and got him in stable enough condition to travel. The colonel and his squad then flew north into the Keystone Commonwealth where they regrouped with Brigadier General Jerome Eisenhower and his expeditionary forces within The Forge.
When Colonel Autumn regained his full strength, he put out an encrypted radio transmission to all remaining Enclave forces still active on the East Coast. He declared himself President Autumn and ordered all remaining or surviving Enclave forces to regroup at The Forge in order to properly rebuild the Enclave within the Presidential Bunker.
Morality & Philosophy
Autumn did not share the same ideals that President Eden and the other Enclave high-ranking officials did. He did not believe in the genocide of the entire remaining human populous in the world, no he wanted to introduce the Enclave to the wasteland as a savior. He sought to bring the Enclave into the light as a beacon of humanity and power, just as the Amercian Government was before them. Autumn wished to use Project Purity and a G.E.C.K. kit to control the wasteland and institute the Enclave as a savior group in order to dominate the wastes and ensure the subservience of the people on the surface.
After his defeat at the hands of the Lone Wanderer and the Brotherhood of Steel, Autumn learned that in order to properly control the wasteland, there needed to be a clear right and wrong within the world. The aftermath of the Great War made it clear that the lines of good and evil had been blurred beyond recognition, so now Autumn endeavors to make sure the people of the wastes know who to place their faith in. And his will accomplish this by first wiping out all the other competition for the role of savior of the wastes.
