Twin Point
Overview
The capital city of Borea-Malun, it is actually only the second-largest in the country. Lord Alamæus made this the seat of power after the fall of King Kalamus, mainly due to its strong strategic position. It has more bridges than anywhere in the world, charging exorbitant tolls if anyone wishes to cross into the country. Under Alamæus’ eye, it has become a place of education and medical advancement, with many schools both medical and magical.Leadership
Leader of the Five-Point Authority, religious visionary, and master swordsman, Lord Alamæus of Gray is a beloved ruler. His brother, the centaur King Kalamus, fell from grace and Alamæus stepped in to pick up the pieces. He established a new era in which the Core Lands were led by a unified front, sharing peace, prosperity, and culture.Landmarks
UNIVERSITIES- Oth-Emrys: the trade university, made of a dense web of three/four-story white stone buildings, with a pleasant fountain in the center depicting the famous trade deal between Perch and Borea-Malun (use of waterspace for medicinal plants).
- Wigzabrilon: the foremost school of magic in Lain-Lethor. Its main building is split into three magically-floating chunks, their white stone gold-flecked and stained purples, pinks, and greens from overexposure to magic. Dwarven glass and gold filigree make the windows and ceilings of the proud university.
- Stitius: the law school, renowned for its difficulty and competitive atmosphere. Unlike the rest of Twin Point, the buildings here are made of imported Perch stone, slick and black. Alamæus retains an active professorship here, teaching a beloved high-level course. Esteemed graduates earn the privilege to be buried beneath the school in the Stitius Catacombs.
