Coeur
Coeur is a quiet country of plains and rolling hills. Its royal family is known for being particularly bureaucratic and, when ceremony fails, dramatic. The guillotine sees a lot of use here.
Despite that unpleasantness, Coeur has some of the best education on the continent, and is the site of the largest library in the world, known simply as The LIbraries. If a book exists, it can be found in the extensive northern complex, which is as large as an entire city.
