Soukumo
Soukumo is a small, partially subterranean village, situated at the base of the Khada Mountains, in the south of Cheikun.
Soukumo is officially under the jurisdiction of the Khadan Dynasty, but it usually acts independently from the Dynasty, with it's own unique customs, traditions and laws. It is a strange and mysterious place, with it's practices being shrouded in mystery, with many Khadan's claiming it is best avoided.
Soukumo is home to a prominent and mysterious cult of Dragon worshippers, particularly those that honour the Jade Sea Dragons of Khada, with the village filled with numerous temples and shrines dedicated to the current Jade Dragon, Jade Dragons of the past, as well as notable members of their brood. Soukumo is rarely visited by outsiders, it's people rarely leave, and despite the village being the closest port to Soliemia, no trade ships ever dock there.
The village is built within, and at the mouth of a cave that connects the underground lake beneath the Khada Mountains to the sea. Is is believed that the great underground lake stretches the width of the Khada Mountains, connecting Khada and Soukumo, it's waters the home of the brood of the Jade Empress, with Soukumo being one of their doorways to the sea.
Government
Soukumo is governed by a High Priest, the head of the local Dragon Cult, and who oversees the management of the village, as well as leading all the religious ceremonies and rituals.
Defence
Soukumo is defended by a small garrison of local soldiers, called Dragon Warriors, many of whom wield a mix of martial arts and Draconic Magic. There is no Grassblade garrison here.
Commerce
Soukumo has no official trade, with almost all of the village's equipment and produce either grown or created locally. Fishing is a popular profession here.
Geography

On the coast of the cove are numerous simple wooden buildings, the residential homes of the population, as well as a small harbour for the local fishing vessels. Within the cave are temples and shrines, dedicated to the current Jade Dragon, Jade Dragons of the past, as well as notable members of their brood. Deeper into the cave, built upon the underground lake, is the Monastery of the Ascendant Dragon, the heart of Soukumo's religious practices.

Located within the cave of Soukumo, built upon the waters of the underground lake, is a large, wooden monastery, a single wooden bridge connecting it to the land. The Monastery is the heart of Soukumo, a place of religious worship, as well as where they train the local Dragon Warriors. The details of their practices are a closely guarded secret.
