The city is under siege from the Yellow Skulls raiding fleet. While they have not been able to attack the city directly, they have destroyed most of the city's trading fleet. The Yellow Skulls have also been able to raid other nearby small settlements and land-raiding troops on the Island allowing them to attack the city from its weaker defended landward side. So far the Air Ship of the Bear Clan have been able to protect the city. Unfortunately the Yellow Skulls raiding fleet just scatter whenever the airships come near them

There is a stone wall around the main part of the city. The walls are bordered on the North by a cliff face with a road that leads down to the docks and on the west by a river. The South and East walls also have gates that lead to the airfield and farmlands. Each set of gates has towers with clan cannons protecting each side. The 2 corners where the wall starts to run along the cliff face have huge towers with Dragon Cannons on top, that have a 360 arc of fire.

Inner city built in stone at the time of the Dracon Empire occupation by the Azai Trade Family in the style of the Southern Empire with a central Dracon Empire keep. The outer city is built in The 12 human Clan's. style but more spread out than usual to help workers get to the large rice and animal farms around the city.
