Veela Luminatar, Prophet of the Sun

In the Second Era Utea, the Druid was born as a son of the Aurr tribe. Thanks to Narmiraen's grace, he was able to experience visions at a young age that revealed the fate of the Valley to him. He used his special powers to help those in need. He is remembered as one of the most powerful healers of his time.
Veela Aurr saw the Segai ships coming from the east in his visions. He convinced the Shonla to build a fleet against the invaders. Thanks to the Seer, the ships were ready in time and led by the brave warriors of the Lowren tribe, and with a little luck, the Beastman attacking from the ocean were sent to the depths of the Blackwater.
Veela helped everyone, but unfortunately, he couldn't help himself. Visions of Evera's fate took him over in his old age, and he finally threw himself into the Cascade. Narmiraen raised him to protect the Vale with his wisdom forever.

Sun, Light, Healing, Knowledge, Prophecies. Veela is the protector of those seeking understanding and a clear life path. They turn to him for clarity and advice in times of difficulty and serious decisions. On the Elemental plane of the Light, which illuminates Evera as the sun, he spends his days isolated from most gods and conflicts, watching over his people.

Artifacts

  • The Drum of Clairvoyance: This simple shaman's drum is the work of a Veela. Druids and priests who hear its voice and fall into a trance can calm their minds and get answers to their questions. The drum is kept in Shonla's halls in Deepwood and is only used when the Council cannot decide. All Shonla members must be present for this ceremony.
  • The Mind Key: This yellow, uncut diamond holds immense power. Its bearer can observe a person or object on any plane by opening his mind. Veela took him to the Elemental plane of Light.
  • The Staff of Discovery: Made of gnarled willow wood, the staff vibrates gently when the wielder approaches a new location or mystery (be it a trap, hidden treasure, secret door, or puzzle). The staff was in the possession of the Aurr tribe for many years but was lost early in the Fourth Era when Vasannanian slave hunters captured its bearer from Fox Grove.
