Alabyran, God of Magic

Alabyran was one of Narmiraen's faithful druids who worked with his companions in the jungle of present-day Zililon in the First Era. After the work of Jomril and Narmiraen in the area, powerful divine magic remained, changing the animals, plants and Elves that lived there. With the help of the Goddess Zellevera, Alabyran learned to control, use this powerful force, and thus became one of the first Elf wizard for Evera. He passed on his knowledge to his followers and founded the city of Ellerion and the University of Magic in it, which trains magic users to this day.
After Alabyran's ascension, he settled on the Elemental plane of Magic to examine the higher-level connections of the universe. In the Third Age, he joined Solioran and Jomril in defense of his people to repel the conquering campaigns of the gods Vangrakath and Jurkirud.
In Zililon, the Church of Alabyran is the state religion, and its high priests also act as the most powerful professors of the University of Magic.

Magic, Chaos, Destruction, Knowledge, and Power. Alabyran is far from evil, but when his fury is whipped up, he strikes down his enemies with great destructive power. His anger can only be calmed by his wife, Saphielle, who ascended to the ranks of the gods with him.

Artifacts

Many objects are attributed to Alabyran by his followers, the most important of which is the legendary Amethyst Wand, which, according to legend, he used in the fight against Vangrakath, and which no one has seen since.
Delightful Cloak of Teleportation: This cloak of extraordinary power, embroidered with golden spirals, is kept in the Royal Palace of Ellerion for the personal use of the current ruler, and is also one of the coronation props. (Considering Zililon's domestic political situation, this is not at all surprising.)
The Magic Book of Mysterious Magic: This weighty tome is the most feared treasure in the library of the Ellerion University of Magic. A copy was also displayed in the reading room. The book is said to have been written by Alabyran himself.
The Chalice of Power: According to oral tradition, this simple cup made of moonstone bestows the drinker with great knowledge. It is reportedly located in the State of Neoron, on an island of Lifeon.
Ornate Amulet of Protection: This beautifully crafted Eribeal amulet was crafted by Alabyran for his wife Saphielle while they were still a mortal. The amulet appeared in the land of Utea in the Second and then the Third Ages, but it is currently considered lost.

Hittanok

According to Alabyran's teachings, magic is a gift from the gods, and squandering it is tantamount to denying the gift of the gods. Magic is power, and power is responsibility. People who are susceptible to magic and it must expand their knowledge to the best of their abilities. Although Alabyran ordered the sharing of knowledge, and the training of later generations, due to the practices of the goddess Zellevera, many mages guard their discoveries and newly invented spells with fear.

Ünnepnapok

On the 12th day of every month, a service is held in its shrines. Once a year, during the summer solstice, its followers gather and celebrate the Day of Knowledge, where the greatest discoveries published the year before are prezented and wizard masters and professors are inaugurated.
