Structure
the provisional head of the area is the govoner admiral under Johann iron blood he controls the occupation. to help him several officers govern towns and villages in the surrounding area.
Assets
sel tona bay acts as the occupied territory provisional capital. its dock facilitates are extremely useful and are used to ferry supply to the iron blood invasion forces. the southern fortress of tealnato provided a strong southern defense.
a forces of 5000 Castilian loyalist militia.
the terriotys many ports means that it is easy for supply's and evacuation
History
invasion
the iron blood armada launched its attack in the middle of the night. sel tona bay fell with out a fight. and the landing force of 25000 men began to expand the bridge head. marianda fell after a short gun duel between the coastal artillery and the ships of the iron blood armada and then they landed there forces which took the surrender of 200 local millita. the landing south of sel ton was also met with so resistance both at sea and land but they soon meat there goal. the next day the forces set off expanding there bridge head and hoisting the iron blood and twin sultanates flag over every village and town they came across. the Castilian government found out 1 week later. they first targeted the enclave around marianda. an army of 50000 men 700 elven heavy cavalry mercnarys and 30 trolls invaded the enclave. the iron blood troops withdrew in order dealing several local defeats to the army. they evacuated by ship to sel tona.

soon after the iron blood occupied territory in Castilian was officially proclaimed and its capital was sel tona. the goverment was made up of officors in the iron blood armada with some local collaborators.

there were a further 10 iron blood mercanry officers as well on the ruling council
across the occupied area martial law was declared. curfews were declared. the local police force was disarmed. some 2000 people would be arrested on suspicion of collaboration with the Castilian in the first few weeks. on the boarders of the territory the iron blood forces dug in. in the town and villages iron blood officers replaced leaders. however most thing countiued inculding post. in the small farming communities millita and some iron blood troops enforced increased farming to fuel the iron blood war effort. people were put to work building fortification like trenches and anti cavalry traps. these people however were paid.
in sel tona and the other ports there harbor guns were removed and brought to the front. the provisonal government however struggled to keep control on the country side. the locally raised collaborationist forces couldn't control the normally larger present rabbles and so iron blood mercenary had to be brought in to put these revolts down.
the end and retreat
a series of small battle were fought between the Castilian and the iron blood forces for several months. however an army of 100000 was brought up. most were veterans of the campaign in the east. they were split into and attack both north and south of the territory. battle waged for between an hour and a week for territory the unorganized savagery of the iron blood fighting the professionalism of the Castilian regulars. in the south the invasion was halted at tealnato while the siege of the fort dragged on. while a retreat was made a small counter attack in the north was made near the coast with the help of the guns of the iron blood armada. soon however the fortress of tealnato fell and the Castilian began to stream towards sel tona and the important southern port needed to retreat. in the north forces were already being evacuated. the iron blood troops retreated to a 5 mile enclave around sel tona. govoner admiral olaf telvanson (second to johann iron blood) ordered all troops to be out of the city in 7 days. the port was placed under siege while the iron blood troops evaculated. on the last day olaf ordered for every thing that could be moved out of the city which was of worth to be removed and then the port city was then to be razed to the ground. thus ending the occupation of the area by the iron blood forces.
Military
the local millita that was raised was used to keep order in the occupied territoy while the iron blood mercenary's fought the Castilian.
the milltia were given arms and uniforms from local arms depots. however these troops were not very effective.
