Appointment

The coronation is held before all six High Lords and is done by the Hand of the previous King, or the next of kin if they are unavailable (Deceased).

Duties

The King Governs the Empire as a whole and specifically rules directly over the Edelweiss Province. Any and all laws that the King passes can be Empire-wide and can be enforced on the other Provinces on his command. Any and all laws passed by other High Lords must first be ratified by the King before they are made official and binding within the Province.
