Xetto's Broadcast

Given to the players by Ravyzza if they find her in Dir'rh Aubhai and earn her trust. She wants you to plug it into the communications tower in order to broadcast it to the neighboring isles. Doing so may get you pulled into some pretty hot water, though—the route of the main path lead directly towards insurgency unless the players think to talk Xetto into alternatives or turn him over to authorities.

It is also possible that Zaffir may inherit the island, in which case he can follow through on the deal, sell it off to the Jhoutigari, take their offer, and pass the lands off. Taking this option leads into direct conflict with Xetto, Ravyzza, and Illysina.

You open the holo and set it on the ground. It springs to life, shimmering like a mirage as rays of light gleam out from its faceted eye to resolve themselves into shapes. Jolting movements, playback sudders, shards of discolor, jarring voxelization taint the hologram as it pops out and resolves itself
