Before you walk under any tree, check the branches for those devilish little eyes looking to give you a headache.
The Headbutt goats are a species native to Valoo. The new creature resembles a spliced mix between a common mountain goat of Eden and a reptilian based body.
The creatures have lived within the Waimana Valley for as long as the people of Kainga have been there. Who created them and for what purpose is unknown.
They get their names for their incessant desire to drop down on unsuspecting hikers and give them a powerful headbutt with their flat horns. It is not a pleasant experience, with the creatures weighing around ten pounds.
Headbutt Goats are easily domesticated, they can survive off most leaves and vegetation in the valley. Some Kaingan's keep them as pets, but are asked to make sure they don't climb to high up ledges.
Purpose
No one really knows who made the Headbutt Goats, or what purpose they may have served at one point, but they are a common occurence in the upper valleys of the Waimana Valley. The desire to headbutt those that walk below it seems to be a way to show dominance or protect what they view as their territory.
Their horns are used to make handles for tools, and their meat while tough can be made very tender by broiling for a long period.
They better stay away from Jo.
