Eberu (E-Ber-oo)

Eberu is the city of law and order here the Ukinnu  people look to makes strides in justice for victims of crime. The Ukinnu people bring all of it's criminals here where they are put through a fair trial. The achieve of law are here where judges and lawyers can come and learn of old laws and current laws and the sentencing that is in line with the crime. Eberu is also the home of the Spire of Quemala there first know law code of the Asmatum people.

There are two main thoughts of justice in Eberu which have become sort of pseudo factional.
Iforee's Iforee thinking is of exact punishment's for crimes committed. this is because of the belief that those whom have been harmed should spiritual or physically be able to witness the exact same thing happen to the perpetrator.
Eqalitist's Eqalitist thinking is that a punishment should be equal to the crime but not necessarily equivalent. this is because the Eqalities believe some times equal punishment is not truly equal to the crime. an example would be murder a Eqalitist would believe that killing the perpetrator is not equal to the pain and suffering he has cause. in Fact it is the easy way out, instead they would opt for servitude to the family with out parole, under the understanding that the family was not to be gratuitous in the treatment of the individual.
