Ukinnu Prison for the Magically Adept and Criminally Insane
The Ukinnu Prison for the Magically Adept and Criminally Insane or more commonly known as the Black House is a specialized prison in Eberu developed to hold and contain welders of magic and specializes in the holding of the criminally insane. This prison was built after the infamous killer @tris was caught and sentenced to life in solitude and torture for the atrocities he exposed the Ukinnian people too. as it was built the original intent was to house criminals but over time there was a need to have a place were the insane could be held for their crimes as well. This led the Government to grant the Black House amnesty to began experimental rehabilitation therapy on the inmates. This grant has made the Black House an infamous place of absolute fear for most people. the people who run and work within the walls are considered by most borderline criminals them selves for the stories that are told of what takes place within the walls of the prison.
Alterations
After the building was built most rooms were lined with anti-magic runes and stone forms that have been imbued with antimagic essence. the general construction of the building was designed to withhold magical users even if the anti-magic measures taken happened to fail. The structure and form of the building is steel and the core of each wall is a 3 inch thick poured steel wall, that steel wall was then covered with a 4 inch thik cement mixture that after partially drying is inscribed with anti-magic circles. Those cement walls are then covered in a modified cement mixture that has been imbued with antimagic essence and then poured into a 2 inch thick layer over the top of the anti-magic circles.
Architecture
The architecture of the building is utilitarian and intimidating the building is essentially a large box with no windows and its exterior cement work is dyed black.
