A large part is a working force. they are the unseen people that work behind the scenes. They clean, cook, repair and maintain. They work with robots and cybermechanical people to get the job done.

The moon had many domes, each owned by a corporation, government or indiviual. This dome is owned by Adamudra Birk. He owns the whole town.
Defences
The fun part. Many many gons from inside to outside and from outside to inside. All is seen and all is monitored. If someone goes into mayhem they will drop you.

The main part of the gambling town is build on several rings around 3 large spheres. Every sphere is a dome on its own and contains a fully operation group of casinos, entertainment halls and such.

History
it started small with a few casinos. When Las Vegas was flooded a few people took the opportunity to start a new parlor on the Moon.
