King's Gambit

The Executioners operate, control and work from here. The center has a state of the art surveillance system and the best constantly improved defensive mechanism money can buy.
There are 120 executioners living in the building and double as much support people working 24x7 in the building in 3 shifts.
The support staff has their own living habitat as part of the building during their shifts. They have their own fully paid for homes, in defense grid 14 only a few miles away. (cotrolled and also highly defended)

Purpose / Function

From this location the Executioners control every aspect of the The Moonastic . there is no slot machine, no game, no gunfight they do not know about.
Yes,, the Executioners allow for a bloodbath gunfight, every now and then, just to swoop in on a certain moment and take the gunners out in one fell swoop. (within seconds) All for instilling fear in people.
Executioners allow, just for their own advantage. You as gunner you are practically allowed to shoot and kill, but you pay deerly.

Architecture

The building is very visible and located in the center with fast personal transfer tubes that enable you to travel very fast from one place to another. The building is square. There are windows but they are invisible in the wall. The building is 60m high and thats only the visible half. the part below the surface is just as big. (at least 2x 24 stories)
For personell there is a small station at the -2 level. They travel in a underground tube made for them to travel between the building and their homes. These connections are not a super secret, but they are kept silent. This is also important to maintain the fearsome idea that there are many more Executioners. The main building is quote large and designed to look out-of-place. People feel uneasy when they see it and it instills fear. The walls are made of black plasteel. known for its strength (and flexibility under high stress)

Tourism

As tourist you can request a tour. but you will only see the older parts. They simulate a live version but you will not be able to tell the difference. There are two reasons for this: the first one is simple. they don't want you to see twhat they actually see. The second one is that they can let you think you have seen it, but you actually have not. Yet, you will pass a lie detector as you are convinced it is real.
The rumour is that when you annoy the executioners, you will be taken into the building and never be seen again.
This myth is also kept alive by several sources. Its all controlled by the same executioners (behind the scenes) and they have no reason to make you think otherwise.

The executioners are a secret organisation that has very well known visible agents.
