Damian Alejandro Levahn (a.k.a. Cat)
Catastrophe is a young Behemoth adult, with an easy going but bold personality. He works as a hunter at the VANGUARD. He joined as an apprentice in high school, and worked his way up to being a standard hunter once he graduated and was able to show his capabilities on several hunts, some of them on his own, some of them with his main boss and her older, twin sister. He became a hunter to find his father who had gone missing for over 10 years by the time the story begins.
Personality wise, Cat attempted to be really laid back, and mentioned previously, easy going. He can be pretty playful with his friends and will tease them lightly if he finds an "opportunity" to do it. Cat is really affectionate and will display public displays of affection even with his friends; hr can even be described as. flirtatious, and has the charm to swsy both genders. He's fiercely loyal and wants to make sure that he can be someone that people can trust, and likewise asks for that loyalty back. described as the ride-or-die friend of the group, he is completely capable of being indepedent. He's also really sarcastic and dry, and one of the types to not take people seriously if they find a way to make him feel that way.
He takes his hunting seriously and never messes around on the job or somewhere that could jeapordize his work, especially since he's looking to be accepted by the Queen's Lance. This has been an aspiration ever since he was accepted as an apprentice to VANGUARD. So far, he's well on his way to being a Lance member, with a few more heavy missions to ensure a test can happen. Currently, he's being scouted by Wolverine.
Besides being serious with his hunting work, Cat is a very talented singer and songwriter, music being a sense of comfort due to his father listening to his grandmother Catalina's music. She was a world famous singer and pioneered SolPop, a popular genre of music using espasolian language. He doesn't mind being compared to her music genius,and even finds it flattering.
When Cat isn't too busy with his music, and with working for the organization, he'll also work on creating strong magics and making potions. He's a bit of a witch, inheriting an affinity for spells, potions and being able to summon his great grandmother Coraxol in fights when needed.
Physical Description
Body Features
Catastrophe has a pretty tall stature for his species of being flatfoot taurvros, but he is compared to being much taller than a human male's average height. Another interesting factor is Cat's hips are pretty wide, and he has a lot more feminine parts to him compared to other men. Despite his musculature and deep voice, sometimes he is mistaken as a woman due to his long hair, sexually charged outfits, and heels, which he will politely (or rudely, depending on how they're treating him) correct someone on being male rather than female.
Special abilities
Catastrophe has the ability to control gravity. He can use it to make other people, other things or even himself weigh far less, far heavier, float up to high or low places, or stick himself to the side of buildings no matter the structure. Like Delta uses her psychokinesis in literally any and all ways of life, Cat also uses his gravity with convenience and its not uncommon for him to help people with heavier objects or to weight something down if they need the help. However, his gravity can and will go off when he's emotional, making someone start floating if he's severely angry or depressed.
Other ways his reality bending magic works is being able to manipulate his own gravity to do flight, create force fields, small aspects of telekinesis, and once he finishes training under Coraxol, causing singularities just like how his father could.
He even has the ability to summon Coraxol to assist in fighting as well, with her appearing in her true height but not as powerful as she truly is due to the restrictions of his own magic. This ability is caused from the pact he created with her to attain more magic, and what's common for descendants under the Divine Sages to do,
For weapons, he affectionately calls his large revolvers Devotion and Double-Cross, which are also gifts from Coraxol, who commissioned Zioda. If he doesn't have his guns out, he uses a greatsword he calls Allegiance.
Behemoth Form // Thorn
Read the Behemoth for more information. Due to Cat's being a behemoth, this form is particularly dangerous as its triggered from his rage going unchecked. Thorin is also a very violent, vicious and is thought of as the complete opposite of cat; a malevolent form that causes indiscriminate damage. This is the real reason why he's so laid back and tries to be as calm as possible: Cat will do his best to keep himself from transforming, and even then, he needs to be careful of his anger in situation that can cause high stress. A medication was created to soothe the curse whenever he can feel the effects coming on, but with the detriment of making him extremely lethargic and having to sleep off several days in some cases. He also has an inbetween form like his great grandmother, where he grows mouths on the side of his face, and his hair becomes more wild and messy. His tail will also thicken up as well. This is usually a warning sign that Thorn is threatening to break out, and that's when its important for him to take his medication and do things to distract him and help his mood. Apis When Sulmet fuses psyche with Cat, he undergoes a transformation which turns him into a being of pure power and fertility named Apis. Cat's hair changes to a lavender color, his eyes become pink, and he dresses in white and gold as opposed to his usual black and silver. In this form, Cat's personality is changed to a power hungry god with crushing everything underneath his heel. He only undergoes this when a fight is going south fast and is becoming too overwhelming for him - so he doesn't take to turning into Apis very lightly. In fact, it's a complete last resort, to where even summoning Cora won't do anything to change the tide of the battle. His magic is also enhanced, going nearly to levels that the direct children from the Divines can have. In conjuction with his gravity magic, he's a terrifying demonic god who one does not want to back into a corner. His vicious nature can even cause parts of Thorn to come out, like having the mouths grow on the side of his face and his hair becoming rough and messy. This usually happens when the two of them over power Cat, but usually they'll calm down at some point and give him back his body (he will not remember them doing this, however).Mental characteristics
Personal history
Growing up with a flatfood taurvros appearance wasn't very easy on Cat. Due to being only a fourth, his genes didn't show up until quite a bit into his childhood, which only exasperated other children making fun of him, especially if they were also taurvros. The bullying imparted a sort of cynical attitude on him, where he's weary about people making fun of others for their heritage and appearance. This also made him a very petty person, always looking to have the last laugh if there's conflict. This also added enragement to his side of things when he found out his little brother Carter was being made fun of as he never got his taur features. This is why it's still a sensitive topic for him and he usually will fight people head on if they make fun of his family at all, besides him being a loyal person in general.
His bitter feeling about his own species' classist treatment isn't the only thing that bothered him growing up. Despite having confidence in his appearance and in how he dresses, deep down its all a show so that someone can pay attention to him more besides being taur and reduced to a statistic. It didn't help matters that his parents found out very quickly he ended up inheriting the behemoth curse from his father's side and they needed to teach him emotion regulation very fast.
One major event that has scarred Catastrophe was the daevah attack done to his and Calamity's family that had resulted in his father Walter going missing. Manila begged and pleaded for law enforcement to do something about him being missing, but the trail went cold too quick and nothing could come up. Causing Catastrophe to become even more enraged, he decided to enlist in the VANGUARD to find his father and get more answers as the Cult of the Quasar became much more of a threat, far more than before.
Delta became a member of VANGUARD 4 years prior to the start of the story, and the two bonded immediately from Cat becoming smitten over her smarts and Del becoming smitten over his beauty and personality. When he found out she could go traveling past their world and to others, Cat began to wonder if his father had been taken to a different one by the cult. He didn't have to do much to ask her for joining her travels, and the two had became best friends and even a couple, before becoming a poly with Shadow and that leading to him being recruited into VANGUARD as well.
Now, he joins Delta, and involving Shadow in it as well, with her dimension hopping to not only assist her with taking down the evil versions of herself but finding his father and making the cult pay.
Down the line, due to mishaps with a friend of his, Cat ends up becoming possessed and obtaining the soul of Sulmet, a fertility demon from ancient times and a different dimension. In a wild attempt to take over Cat's body and start his reign again, a bloody fight breaks out between this friend of Cat and Sulmet. The resulting fight is won when Thorn, Cat's terrifying behemoth form, attempts to take over his body to stop the possession.
Since then, Sulmet co-exists in Cat's body and has found himself enjoying how strong and beautiful his host it. While he's added a bit more to Cat and makes him far more sexual, he's welcome the new abilities he's been graced with.
Sexuality
Catastrophe doesn't mind what gender his partner(s) take; he's very bisexual and can be on either end of the spectrum, very comfortably. He's also known to have a high body count, enjoying sex quite a lot but only when it's appropriate and when hes in a particular mood for it.
Employment
His employment under VANGUARD came from his application into it from the 9th grade being accepted, which allowed for him to move across the city of Dross to go to Dross High for the grades 10th, 11th and 12th grade. He didn't mind dropping the high school he was at for the opportunity at finally becoming a hunter. Through an intense interview and an even more intense testing and training, Catastrophe was ready to become a permanent member of the organization. While he had to keep working his way up to the top, he managed to do so with relative speed compared to the others, becoming a lieutenant commander in just 4 years. An impressive feat, that is complimented well from the others of the same caliber.
Catastrophe is a high priority employee, which means he's usually deployed to missions with Zenith, Terminus, Eurydice, Delta, and sometimes even his cousin Salvation despite him being only a second lieutenant.
Cat is very humble about his position and feels grateful he's been given the opportunity to work with such professional, and to where his possible role in the Queen's Lance is right to his fingertips.
Outside of his main job, Cat loves to produce music, and is working under a record label called Desire Distribution. The owner Juan caught him performing at one of his favorite clubs he loves to go to. The end result in being added to the label was Catastrophe creating two albums that goes platinum, with the tropies being located in his room at the headquarters.
Mental Trauma
Unfortunately, Catastrophe has had a lot of trauma to deal with. Mostly with ending up with older men who have taken advantage of him, and have abused him due to his beauty, wealth and even his job position.
- An 25 year old drug dealer who ended up in a relationship with him when he was only 13. Thankfully, this was put to a stop just a month into the relationship, but the damage had been done by then.
- At 23 years old, Cat met a handsome Brashur that he quickly found out had a lot of issues and would take them out on the people around him. This resulted in Cat rejecting him on the third date, and the Brashur beating him against a wall and leaving him almost in a coma at the hospital. The memory is so bad, Cat's surpressed it and cannot remember it.

Catastrophe owns an orange tabby cat called Paprika and a black cat called Pepper. He loves to spoil them and take care of them, though it's a well known meme that the two cats are pretty questionable in their behavior and has "orange cat" or "black cat" activities, such as randomly getting the zoomies, or being really loud late at night. Both of them are pretty firnedly but pepper is far more shyer than her big brother Paprika.
Relationships
History
Calamity and Catastrophe became friends once Cal had moved to Sur'Dahl from Kangsu when she was very young. Even with the two having opposite personalities, Calamity loved hanging around him and even with the insane moving around she did, they wrote letters to each other and later on would text or call each other on the phone. They stayed close to one another and decided together they'd want to be hunters to avenge their parents once the opportunity arise, and their friendship only grew stronger when they had actual classes together and were able to hang out with each other.

History
Literal father figure, Walter has always been behind his son and is very protective and loving over him. Cat in turn is a respectable son to his father and misses him terribly.

History
Salvation is Catastrophe's first cousin, and the two grew up seeing each other quite a bit once they were in the same city. They've always had a competitive relationship, and their rivalry has lasted into their adulthood. The important note of that is it is a healthy rivalry. They're not toxic with one another and even have a ride or die bro mentality; they have each other's backs and they love each other. They're bestest of friends with one another, and will always be.
